  • The Warranty covers manufacturing faults only on the condition that the product has been used and stored in accordance with the instructions set out in the user guide.
  • The Warranty is issued to the end customer of DUALjack (hereinafter the Customer) by the retailer where the product was originally purchased.
  • As stipulated by the Warranty, the Customer may only make a claim for the repair or exchange of the product and, as set out in the Warranty, may not make further claims against the manufacturer/retailer for indirect loss including but not limited to loss of data or loss of profit.
  • The Warranty period is for 12 months from the date when the Customer originally purchased the product from the retailer. A change of ownership does not extend the guarantee period.

  • The Warranty is valid solely on the condition that the original proof of purchase issued to the original purchaser is submitted with the DUALjack™.

  • if the software in the product needs to be upgraded due to changes in the network.
  • In addition to statutory rights and that set above, the Customer has no other basis for a claim.
  • Amendments or additions to the Warranty are only valid with the written consent of the manufacturer.
